Roll the die to name your goblin (Just click it)
I made this goblin name generator as a resource to help DnD players get inspiration for a new goblin character and to help quickly come up with goblin names for DMs. In DnD 5e, goblin names are not provided in any of the main sourcebooks. However, I drew inspiration from named goblin characters in published adventures, as well as from Ed Greenwood, creator of the Forgotten Realms game world.
Ed indicates that goblin names have three elements: a given name, a surname, and a clan name. Of course, some goblin tribes don’t place much importance on lineage and so don’t use surnames. Also, most goblins have short, one-syllable first names, and only these given names are used when goblins interact within their own clan.
